Basic Training is designed to get you up to peak operation performance. It consists of diet, exercise, preparation, safety, hygene and attitude concepts.

If you are looking to loose some weight or self medicate Major Grubbing  says take a hike maggot! You must see your personal physician before you can join this man’s army!

Nothing on this site is intended to be a weight loss fad or healthy diet, it’s all about attitude and having a good time with some Grubbage (delicious but generally unhealthy food). The Major does strive to bring classic Grubbing recipes with a healthier twist, but that doesn’t mean they are healthy!
